- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for the paid period of services already availed by the client. Complaints or dissatisfaction regarding the quality of services during the paid period shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.
- As per SEBI guidelines, if a client requests to cancel the subscription, than the rquest
will be entertain only if it lies under the following conditions:
o The Agreement may be terminated by the client if the Research Analyst fails to provide the research recommendations. However, the client cannot terminate the agreement solely based on not achieving the desired returns or incurring the losses from trading on the recommendations or the client discontinues the services without a valid reason, or in case of force majeure.
o The RA may suspend or terminate rendering of research services to client on account of suspension/cancellation of registration of RA by SEBI and shall refund the residual amount to the client.
o In case of suspension of certificate of registration of the RA for more than 60 (sixty) days or cancellation of the RA registration, RA shall refund the fees, on a pro rata basis for the period from the effective date of cancellation/ suspension to end of the subscription period.
- If the conditions mention above get fulfill than the refund shall only be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the charges for the services already availed,including applicable taxes and administrative fees, the refund will be initiated within 7 days after the completion of the 30-day notice period. Refund will be credited within 24 hours.
- Refunds will not be provided for the period of services already availed, irrespective of the client's satisfaction with the recommendations or the outcome of trades.
